Skills & Drills Nights
The Skills & Drills program is a wonderful opportunity for athletes to focus on their individual skills pushing them to be a stronger more developed player and teammate. These practices are an opportunity for extra reps, skill breakdowns and much more. Skills nights include agility/jump training and specific sports groups, such as volleyball, basketball, softball and baseball.
All Select Sports
Time: 5:30pm - 8:00 pm
Ages: 5-18 years old
- 5:30pm - 6:30pm
Volleyball - Ages 5 - 12 years old
Basketball - Ages 5 - 10 years old
- 6:30pm - 7:00pm
Jump Training All Ages
- 7:00pm - 8:00pm
Volleyball - Ages 13-18 years old
Basketball - Ages 11 - 18 years old
Cost: $20/each skills night or Player Punch Card

GAME DAY
The Select offers Volleyball and Basketball Game Day programs twice a year. This program is focused on correct mechanics and movement, while creating a strong baseline for structured play located at Circle K Fieldhouse at NexusPark. Each Game Day will include 30 minutes of practice and 30 minutes of game situations along with a Game Day T-Shirt.
OFF COURT TRAINING
Select is proud to kick off our off court training programs in 2025! These training classes include recruitment education, health and wellness training, and more.
Registration now open for our Intro to Recruitment Class partnered with the IUC Athletic Department, on October 26th.
G10 SPORTS PERFORMANCE
Select Athletics is excited to partner with G10 Sports Performance team, the official programming & Training provider of IU Columbus Athletics. G10 will provide area athletes with customized and targeted training in the AEI Fitness Center at NexusPark. Coach Granson's training program will have a heavy focus on education and technical knowledge, preparing athletes both physically and mentally to prevent injuries and play at high levels.
Together we will be offering small group training in the AEI Fitness Center that includes, advanced core & agility training, Strength Training, Explosive Power, Development and more!
PRIVATE LESSONS
All Coaches within the Select programs offer individual and group lessons upon request.
